Chatterbox Renovation (Gut Renovation & Interior / Exterior Design )

The Chatterbox renovation was a "to the studs" gut renovation of an original 1800's Bahamian house.  The original kitchen was gutted, re-designed and a new chef's kitchen was installed.  The existing deck was removed and re-built deck, including a stairway to the 2nd floor terrace.  All windows, doors and cabinets were replaced with custom-built pieces.  The result is a brand new home that feels like a modern version of the original Harbour Island Bahamian house.
